Meet Rev. Lucy

My work as a counsellor and Authenticity coach is about helping thoughtful, creative, high-achieving and soul-centred women/men figure out how to come home to themselves.  After we have worked together, over time, you will feel more connected to your authentic self, be more fully yourself in relationships, at work and feel good enough all round through it all.

You will then be able to trust the next steps and make empowered decisions about whether to stay or leave the matter. Because, whether you choose to divorce, separate, take the next level and take initiative or remain, you create and transition into a new authentic reality.

If you are needing support, virtual services are available, see Online Coaching with Rev. Lucy. Services are provided by telephone or online which allows you to be in the comfort of your own home during sessions & have increased privacy. Sessions are available for individuals or couples. Mindfulness

Mindfulness assumes that when we pay attention to how we are experiencing ourselves in the present moment we are better able to identify negative and repeating patterns of unhelpful thoughts and behaviours. The act of practicing mindfulness has been found in clinical trials to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. Mindfulness is a technique that can be taught or learnt through classes, books, online studies and is also a specific focus for mediation teachings. Therapists often integrate Mindfulness into their work.

The use of Colour Therapy dates back thousands of years and is a truly holistic therapy using the colour energy from light. Used in the right way, colour can have a profound and healing effect on us as humans of any age as well as the animals we can share this with.
What is Colour Therapy.


Colour Therapy uses colour to balance the chakras of the body by using the seven colours of the light spectrum and aims to balance and enhance our body's energy centres/chakras which can help to stimulate our body's own healing process. Each of the seven main colours of the spectrum, resonates with one of the main seven chakras. Each of the spectrum colours is simply light of varying wavelengths, thus each colour has its own particular energy.

Whilst I am a big advocate of choosing a career you love, there is of course more to life than your job.  You will need to maintain a healthy balance with your wellbeing, the time you spend with your loved ones, your social life, fun and other interests you may have.

Bead Making

Bead making is not just a fun and creative hobby, it can also be quite therapeutic for people of all ages. Once you learn your way around various jewellery making techniques, such as beading and silk knotting, you’ll find that it can be a great way to relieve stress.
Beading isn’t just about being creative. It requires a great deal of concentration. No matter what your skill level is, all jewellery makers are encouraged to utilise their fine motor skills. For example, most wire-wrapping techniques require working with flat-nose pliers in one hand and round-nose pliers in the other. At first, it can be a bit tricky having to use two jewellery making pliers simultaneously, but over time, it gets easier.

Beading provides a platform for self-expression.

Spiritual Energies

Energy healing is non-invasive and often no-touch. Certain methods employ the hands (or other tools such as crystals or tuning forks) to clear, energise, and balance the recipient’s energy fields, thus affecting physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. In the broadest sense, the goal of energy healing is to restore balance and harmony, placing the client in the optimal position to self heal. Journalling generally involves keeping a log of thoughts and feelings surrounding the events of your life, typically in a notebook or collection of papers.

One of the ways to deal with any overwhelming emotion is to find a healthy way to express yourself. This makes a journal a helpful tool in managing your mental health. Journaling can help you:

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a strategy for achievement and personal change, using the power of the mind, language and senses to get what you want out of life.  NLP Coaching utilises these powerful techniques in a coaching environment to help you achieve the change you want for yourself.
